Ultimate Rural Vacation Awaits at Ecological Park on Nodeul Island
Holidaymakers can now enjoy a summer getaway in the countryside
without leaving the capital, as Seoul City has prepared a camping
program for elementary school and kindergarten students at a small
island on the Han River.
The Nodeul Vegetable Garden covers an expansive 10,000 sq. m plot of land and feels far removed from the hustle and bustle of the big city. Families and groups can visit Nodeul Island from this Thursday to Sunday to camp out in the fields for a night.

Programs introducing visitors to urban agriculture let them
experience rural life in the heart of the city and learn about the
importance of organic farming and preserving local crops. In the
evening, families can cook the organic vegetables they harvested during
the day for dinner. The programs cost W15,000 per person.
